If you are looking to reschedule your visit with us, please note the following:
- Your scheduled time cannot be within 72 hours
- Your new ticket MUST match the value of your original ticket
- Weekday tickets CANNOT be exchanged for Weekend tickets
Please use the instructions below to reschedule your visit to our park. We look forward to seeing you under the lights!
- Access our rescheduling portal
- You will be prompted to Login or create an account with the email associated with your order
- This must be the same email address that you used to purchase your ticket
- Select the ticket that you would like to reschedule
- Once you see your order details, select "Change Date or Time"
- Select your new date and time
- Your order will update and you can view/download your updated tickets!
*Please ensure your new date matches your ticket type (I.e. if you originally purchased a weekday ticket you must choose another weekday, as your new ticket must be the same value as your original ticket.)*
