Welcome to our Tickets Account Manager, a comprehensive platform that empowers you to seamlessly manage your orders and tickets. Within this user-friendly environment, you have the ability to not only transfer tickets to friends or family and upgrade your tickets but also exchange tickets and reschedule/rebook them with utmost ease.

Can't locate your email confirmation, tickets or receipt?
If you can't find your, tickets, email confirmation or receipt, worry not! You can create an account and sign in using the same email you used to place your order. This will allow you to effortlessly access and manage your tickets or vouchers.
Here's a quick guide on how to use your account manager:
1. Access Your Account Login
To begin, navigate to the login page from your order confirmation email, or use one of the convenient links below. Ensure you select the state for which you purchased your ticket:
2. Sign In or Register
If you have previously created an account during checkout, please log in. If not, you can easily register a new account. Be sure to use the same email address you used when placing your order to access your tickets.
3. Access Your Orders
Once logged in, select "Orders" from the left-hand toolbar.
4. Modify Your Order
Click on the gear icon located in the top right corner of the order you wish to modify. From the dropdown menu, select "Change Order."
5. Upgrade Your Tickets
Within the order details, click the "Upgrade Tickets" option.
6. Choose Your New Ticket
To select the ticket you wish to upgrade, click "Change" on the top right corner of the ticket. Then, choose the upgraded ticket type you desire.
8. Complete Your Upgrade
After you have selected the ticket type you would like to upgrade to, please click on "Update Information." To complete the upgrade process, you will be prompted to provide your payment information.
Please be aware that additional fees may be charged for ticket rescheduling. It's important to note that downgrades are not eligible for refunds, in accordance with our non-refundable policy. Furthermore, no refunds will be provided if add-ons are removed from the ticket during the upgrade process. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we're here to assist you throughout this process.
