Vehicle and Driver Verification
Each season pass is specifically assigned to a vehicle and driver, ensuring a smooth and secure entry process. Upon arrival, our team will verify:
- Vehicle make, model, and color
- License plate number
- Driver's license
Important: If you arrive with a different vehicle or driver than the one assigned to the pass, entry will not be granted. To avoid any issues, please ensure the correct vehicle and driver are present.
Reminder: To avoid delays, have all required information ready at the gate. No exceptions will be made.
Arizona Customers
If you’re in Arizona, your Season Pass lets you choose whichever location fits your plans best—Tempe or Glendale—and enjoy one magical visit per day, all season long!
Presale Buyers: No Redemption Needed
For those who purchase passes during presale, there's no need to redeem them before visiting. Your pass will be valid for one use per day throughout the season you purchased it for—just show up and enjoy!
