Yes! An online, pre-purchased reservation is required for admission to ALL of our theme parks. This process allows for a fully touch-less experience and helps to reduce wait times at our theme parks.
To purchase a ticket to one of our Theme Parks, simply visit our website, pick the show and location you'd like to visit, choose your date, and select an arrival time. You only pay for one ticket for the entire car - the number of passengers is entirely up to you!
So, fill your vehicle with family, friends, pets, and anyone else you'd like to enjoy the show with! If you have a pickup truck, you can fill the bed of your truck with family and friends as well for the drive-through experience - just be sure that they can hear your FM radio from the bed of the truck in order to enjoy the festive music synchronized to our lights.
As a reminder, all tickets must be pre-purchased online for admission to our theme parks. Any guests who arrive at the show without a pre-purchased ticket will be directed to the exit lane and lead out of the park. If this happens, guests will be given instructions on how to purchase a ticket online, allowing them to return during their reserved date and time. We are doing everything we can to inform guests before arriving that they must have a pre-purchased ticket to enjoy the show. This will allow us to maximize all guests' experience.
