Because World of Illumination operates like a concert or other live event, we are unable to fill spots if you do not utilize your ticket. This is, in part, a result of our experience-friendly decision to discontinue drive-up sales and only allow pre-purchased ticket holders to enter our show. This ensures that you and others in your community are able to enjoy the show in a timely, orderly, and pleasant fashion.
If you are unable to attend a show at one of our Theme Parks due to an unexpected and unavoidable issue, World of Illumination will offer a one-time rebooking opportunity for a date and time equivalent in value to and in the same season as the ticket you originally purchased. However, to avoid loss, World of Illumination has partnered with FanShield to offer you an opportunity to purchase ticket insurance during online checkout.
