As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all sales are final and non-refundable. Because World of Illumination operates like a concert or other live event, we are unable to fill spots if you do not utilize your ticket. This is, in part, a result of our experience-friendly decision to discontinue drive-up sales and only allow pre-purchased ticket holders to enter our show. This ensures that you and others in your community are able to enjoy the show in a timely, orderly, and pleasant fashion.
If you are unable to attend a show at one of our Theme Parks due to an unavoidable issue, World of Illumination will offer a one-time rebooking opportunity, no less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled time and date, for a date and time equivalent in value to and in the same season as the ticket you originally purchased. Rebooking requests made within 72 hours of the reserved date/time will not be rescheduled.
