Much like concerts or other live events, our operations are finely tuned to accommodate our pre-purchased ticket holders. This approach enhances the experience for you, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and timely visit.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from attending a show at one of our Holiday Drive-Through Theme Parks. In such cases, World of Illumination is pleased to offer a one-time rebooking opportunity, provided you make the request no less than 72 hours prior to your originally scheduled date and time. We'll gladly reschedule your visit for a date and time equivalent in value, within the same season as your originally purchased ticket.
