If you cannot find your ticket or order confirmation email, one of our elves can look it up for you at the park!
Checking in will be quicker if you have your QR code ready to be scanned via smartphone or printed ticket. You can also take a screenshot in advance in case of connectivity issues at the park. But if you can't find the ticket or your phone battery dies, simply provide your name and email address to the Elf when you arrive at the park.
