If you purchased a presale ticket and did not receive a confirmation email, please follow the below instructions:
- Visit our user account portal!
- You will be prompted to Login or create an account with the email associated with your order
- This must be the same email address that you used to purchase your ticket
- Once you create your account/log in, you will be see all of your orders. Simply select "View/Edit Order" to see your order details.
- From here you can download or print your confirmation and QR code for check in!
*Checking in will be quicker if you have your QR code ready to be scanned via smartphone or printed ticket. You can also take a screenshot in advance in case of connectivity issues at the park. But if you can't find the ticket or your phone battery dies, simply provide your name and email address to the Elf when you arrive at the park.
