Delays
Sometimes, technical issues or extreme weather may occasionally cause slight delays during the show, including at the opening, throughout the event, or at closing. We’re committed to resolving these issues quickly to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the magic.
Closures
In the event of a park closure due to severe weather or technical difficulties, we will inform you promptly through email, social media, and/or text. Our goal is to keep you updated and help you plan your visit accordingly.
Weather-Related Closures
The safety of our guests and team is our top priority. Our shows can proceed in light rain or snow, but severe weather may make it necessary for a temporary closure. We will communicate such issues by email, social media, and/or text post updates and work with you to reschedule your visit if necessary.
